What shipping do you offer?
Your Thebos order will be delivered with the most efficient, environmentally friendly and secure service available to us through our fulfilment partner(s). We will always endeavour to ship to you with a service that provides tracking, unless this is not possible. The courier may vary based on the volume of your order and where your order is being shipped to (your location).
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping in the UK for orders of £150 and above, and in Europe and Internationally for orders over £300 and above.
When will I get my order?
For the UK we hope to have your order with you in 1 working day, and for European and International orders we expect 3-6 working days delivery. Please allow for some flexibility and unforeseen circumstances.
I have not received my package. What should I do?
In the unlikely event your package does not arrive within the allocated time, please check the tracking information for further information. If your order has still not arrived after double the maximum expected delivery time, please contact us at contact@thebos.skin with your tracking and order information.
How long does shipping take? Where are my luxuries?
We have picked what we think are the best providers to get you, your products, quickly and safely, however sometimes things get delayed especially over holidays, so please wait a little longer before reaching out, to save us both time and worry. Also sometime products get caught up in customs…this delay cannot be accounted for in shipping time.
Do I need to pay customs?
At present you will need to cover all tariffs as required by your jurisdiction, as we grow we will try and make this experience easier for you. Please bear with us!
Returns and Cancellations
What is your returns policy?
It is in our interest to provide you with the best customer service as well as the best skincare. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the option for you to return items to us.
Please keep in mind that, in order to receive a replacement product or a refund, the merchandise must be returned to us, unless otherwise specified. Please provide us with your order number, name, a picture, and a description of the damage when you contact us.
Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return postage in all cases. If you return the items in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with the original packaging without any tampering or interference you will be offered a refund on the product only, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that to accept returns you must initiate this by emailing contact@thebos.skin If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
As a part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we are pleased to assist you if your order is damaged during transit, which is a rare occurrence. If there is a defect in the product that you only notice upon opening it, you may return it to us for a replacement. To arrange for a return, please contact us at contact@thebos.skin .
Please keep in mind that, in order to receive a replacement product or a refund, the merchandise must be returned to us, unless otherwise specified. Please provide us with your order number, name, a picture of defective product, and a description of the damage when you contact us on contact@thebos.skin and put the word “damaged” in the subject line of the email. We will personally seek to address your issue in the most efficient manner.
Can I cancel an order?
We regret to inform you that we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. It is important that you carefully review your product selection and shipping details prior to placing your order to avoid any issues.
